Yummy how can we not resist a good crème brûlée and this one is an healthy one. Again no lactose and no gluten for our Elegant women.
6 yellow eggs
60 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
25 cl of liquid soya cream
25 cl of coconut cream
Beat the egg yolk with a pinch of salt, the sugar, vanilla sugar until the mix become white. Incorporate the soy cream and coconut cream. Stir well.
Pour into small individuals glass ramekin and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.
When the cream is baked, sprinkle some sugar on top of each ramekin and put back under the grill for a few seconds to get caramelized effect.
