This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Elegances.me and is applicable to all international customers.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Elegance’s SNC Stockist. Items purchased from a Elegance’s SNC Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Elegance’s SNC cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of Elegances.me.

Delivery
All deliveries are made between Sunday to Thursday (excluding holidays). For same day processing, an order must be received prior to 12pm (UAE time). Any order placed after 12pm will be processed on next business day.
Postage Charges
Free shipping for customer based in UAE only
Free shipping for orders over 100 Euro and a shipping rate will be calculated based on shipping address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All orders are shipped with our courrier provider.
Delivery Locations
Elegances.me does not ship to postal address in USA and Europe
Please provide an address where you will be located during business hours, as DHL requires signature upon delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
For Europe and USA order before 1pm (GST) to receive your order within 5 to 10 working days.
For UAE customer, order placed before 1pm (GST) can be shipped and received within the following day.
PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorization, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Delivery Address
We give authority to leave for all our parcels with our courrier service. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered. If a business address is provided, our courrier company require the business' name. Should no one be present at delivery, the parcel will be left at the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, Elegance’s SNC is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
Online Returns Policy
Return Requirements
Elegance’s SNC is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on Elegances.me, you are entitled to a refund within 10 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
- Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
- Tags attached, labels and hygienic protection for swimwear and underwear are attached to all items.
- Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
Returning Your Online Purchase
Elegance’s SNC reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy. You must provide your order number (found on your order confirmation email), reason for returning your item(s), and your details.
Once you have created your Return Post Label, take note of your return reference number. An email will also be sent to you with this information. This number can be used to track your return via our courrier service.
Pack all items you wish to return with a complete Returns Form in a satchel, or reuse the original packaging if suitable, and secure the returns label to the outside of the package. Remember to remove any old postage labels if reusing the original packaging. All hangtags, labels and hygienic labels must still be attached to the items.
Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Elegance’s SNC receiving the returned item/s. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Elegance’s SNC cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes. Any shipping fees, taxes and custom duty will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately Elegance’s SNC does not offer exchanges on online purchases. If you wish to return your order and receive another item, please place a new order for this item. Don't forget - we offer free shipping for all orders over 100 Euros.
