both centimetres and inches. We recommend measuring your bust, waist,
and hips and comparing against our chart. Our swimwear runs true to size
in most styles, though we note any exceptions such as styles that run

Yes, we ship worldwide from our Dubai warehouse. We deliver to France,
Spain, Greece, the UK, the USA, and across the GCC, among many other
destinations. International orders are fulfilled via DHL or UPS Express with full tracking provided.

Express shipping from Dubai to Europe typically takes 2–4 business days.
Standard international shipping takes 5–8 business days. We recommend
ordering at least 7 days before your travel date for peace of mind.
During peak summer season (June–August), add 1–2 extra days as a buffer.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

If you want to get a new size you willl to return the orginal item back to us and place a new order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed
swimwear with all original tags and hygiene liners intact. Due to
hygiene regulations, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had its
hygiene liner removed cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact

We only accept returns of unworn / unwashed items with hygenic sticker on and the orginal hangtags and packaging.

Yes, particularly chemical sunscreens, which contain avobenzone and
other UV-filtering compounds that react with elastane and cause
irreversible yellowing, staining, and fabric breakdown. We recommend
using mineral sunscreens (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide-based) around
swimwear, applying sunscreen 20 minutes before putting on your swimsuit,
and always rinsing thoroughly after use.

We strongly recommend hand washing only. Machine washing even on a
delicate cycle subjects elastane fibres to mechanical stress that
causes premature stretching and loss of shape. If you must use a machine
in a pinch, use a mesh laundry bag, the coldest and gentlest cycle
available, and never use fabric softener, which breaks down the elastic
fibres in swimwear.

Elegancess swimwear are made out of 100% recycled lycra. We recommend to wash your swimwear by hand with a mild detergent and to dry lay flat.

Once in a while, you can machine wash your swimwear at 30 degree delicate mode cycle in order to remove all salt, dirt and sun oil. Your swimsuit will look brand new again. Avoid machine wash too often and do not dry clean or put in dryer

Most of our dress are 100% plant based fabric.

For cotton, you can machine wash at 30 degree under cotton cycle with similar colors.

For linen, you can machine wash cold cycle ONLY. Linen has a tendency to shrink. Avoid washing your linen in hot water.

To keep your linen from fading and fix the color, you can soak it into salt or vinegar.

For chiffon, you can machine wash at 30 degree.
