Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Size guide here

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! However once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept exchanges due to hygenic reasons for swimwear. Shipping and taxes fees cannot be refunded.

What if I want to speak with someone?

Shipping

We use all major carrier and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

The estimated time for orders will take from 5 to 7 days for international orders depend on where you are.

For local deliveries, it will take 1 to 3 days in UAE.

Delivery details will be send to you upon confirmation of your order.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use major carriers.

For international orders, we usually use DHL

For local orders in UAE, we use our local partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my products?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know and we are happy to help.

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept exchange for hygenic reasons. You would need to place another order if you want a new size.

We only accept returns of unworn / unwashed items with hygenic sticker on and the orginal hangtags and packaging.

Refund are proceed within 7 to 10 business day back to your original form of payment. We do not refund shipping and taxes fees.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of Elegances receiving the returned item/s. Notification will be sent to your nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: Elegances cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes. Any shipping fees, taxes and custom duty will not be refund

Care

How do I take care of my swimwear?

Elegancess swimwear are made out of 100% recycled lycra. We recommend to wash your swimwear by hand with a mild detergent and to dry lay flat.

Once in a while, you can machine wash your swimwear at 30 degree delicate mode cycle in order to remove all salt, dirt and sun oil. Your swimsuit will look brand new again. Avoid machine wash too often and do not dry clean or put in dryer

How do I take care of my dresses?

Most of our dress are 100% plant based fabric.

For cotton, you can machine wash at 30 degree under cotton cycle with similar colors.

For linen, you can machine wash cold cycle ONLY. Linen has a tendency to shrink. Avoid washing your linen in hot water.

To keep your linen from fading and fix the color, you can soak it into salt or vinegar.

For chiffon, you can machine wash at 30 degree.
